To assist growers in preparing for the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule mandatory regulatory inspections, the California Department of Food and Agriculture Produce Safety Program is offering free On-farm Readiness Reviews (OFRR). The review offers growers an opportunity to prepare for their initial safety inspection and ask questions concerning how the PSR applies to their unique farm and food safety practices.
As part of the free review, growers will receive a free OFRR produce safety manual, FSMA Produce Safety Rule regulatory pocket handbook and recordkeeping templates. - Farm name and location
- Contact person information
- What produce your grow, harvest, pack or hold
- When you harvest
- Whether you have completed the PSA Grower Training
