UC-ANR Produce Safety Training

To assist California avocado growers in ensuring their operation meets the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule, the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources department is offering a two-day online Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training Course that satisfies the FSMA PSR requirement (at least one individual from the farming operation must attend a PSA grower training course).

Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training Course

The University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources’ Small Farms, Food Safety Technical Assistance Programs is offering a two-day virtual Produce Safety Alliance Grower Training course from July 9 – 10. The course meets the requirements set by the Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule mandating at least one member of an agricultural operation attend a PSA course.
