The California Avocado Society's 108th Annual Meeting will include informative research sessions, in-field seminars, a barbeque lunch and awards ceremony. 

The day-long event will include the following topics:

  • Girdling and pruning
  • Irrigation scheduling
  • Growing Hass avocados for high productivity
  • A practical approach to avocado rootstock field trials
  • A discussion of avocado grove needs
  • Soil and water insights

The Oliver Atkins Award and Award of Honor will be presented at the end of the session.

Onsite check-in will begin at 7:30 a.m. and close at 8:45 a.m. to ensure all attendees can board the shuttle to the event site. Late arrivals will not be permitted.

Interested parties can register in advance via the CAS website. The registration fee is $80 for CAS members, $95 for non-CAS members and $125 after October 6.
