The Resource Conservation District of Greater San Diego County is hosting a Carbon Farming project tour for growers interested in learning more about carbon farming techniques. Attendees will meet head gardener Gregg Cady who will discuss weed management, carbon farming practices, soil health and climate change. He also will showcase four carbon farming practices utilized at the experimental site: composting, mulching, and two types of cover crops.
