The Avocado Crop Estimating (ACE) system was launched in 1986, in an effort to project annual production of California Avocados. Crop statistics are compiled, throughout the year, according to growing region, county and state. This valuable information, located below, guides CAC marketing programs and assists growers in developing their own harvest strategies; with the big picture in mind.
